Greyhound's extensive experience within the industry has benefited our
training operations, resulting in high quality courses that develop skills
that can be directly transferred from the training area to the working
site.
Our fully accredited Plant Instructors (CITB, NPORS, CSCS and City & Guilds) carry out CITB Plant operator training courses for both the experienced operator and the new entrant into the industry. We are also fully geared to assess your compliance with Health and Safety legislation and conduct any training requirements that may arise.
Our instructors can also create tailor-made courses to meet your specific requirements and our competitive prices can ensure a cost-effective solution to your training needs.
The
Construction Plant Certification Scheme (CPCS), part of the CSCS System
of qualification accreditation, has led to many companies assessing their
individual training requirements and creating a strategically oriented
approach to training. From the self-employed to the multi-national company,
training today for tomorrow's needs has become the strategic goal within
the industry.
Our courses are Construction Industry Training Board approved, upon completion of which you will receive your Plant Operators license. Changes to the qualification scheme mean that, in the future, all license renewals will be subject to the achievement of a NVQ Level 2 (Specialised Plant and Machinery). Our Instructors can provide guidance on the completion of NVQ portfolios and are also fully accredited NVQ Assessors.
